Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for Outpatient Surgery at the Springfield Regional Medical Center. The role focuses on patient assessment, coordinating perioperative care, and ensuring a safe, efficient operating room environment.

You will work with the care team to deliver high-quality pre-, intra-, and post-operative care, including discharge planning and patient education. RN licensure and BLS/ACLS/PALS are required, with CNOR preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license required
• Accredited nursing degree (Associates or Bachelors)
• Experience in perioperative or outpatient surgery preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess patient status and priorities.
