Job summary

Bronson Behavioral Health in Battle Creek, Michigan, is seeking a Director of Outpatient Services to lead PHP and IOP programs onsite. You will drive clinical and financial performance, oversee operations, and ensure high-quality patient care across the care continuum.

The role requires a licensed clinician with 4+ years in behavioral health, including supervisory experience, and a track record in program development and strategic growth.

Qualifications

Master’s or Doctorate-level licensed clinician required.
Minimum of 4 years in behavioral healthcare with 2+ years in operations/management.
Experience with PHP and IOP levels of care preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of PHP and IOP programs, including group facilitation.
Drive key metrics: ADC, visits, revenue, EBITDA, patient retention and satisfaction.
Monitor KPIs and adjust operations for continuous performance improvements.
Lead with clinical and operational excellence across the care continuum.
Support business development and outreach to increase direct admissions.
Supervise, train, and mentor clinical and support staff.
