Pasadena Villa Outpatient Lansing, part of Odyssey Behavioral Healthcare, seeks an Executive Director to lead an outpatient practice providing IOP and PHP. You will oversee day-to-day operations, clinical oversight, and staff supervision to ensure client-centered care and therapeutic excellence.

Applicants should have a Master’s degree in behavioral health and at least five years of leadership experience in a behavioral health setting, with an active LCSW/LMSW license in Michigan.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral health or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership/administrative experience in behavioral healthcare.
• Active LCSW or LMSW license to practice in Michigan.
• Experience in corporate managed care environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement clinical programs and operational objectives to promote growth.
• Ensure compliance with licensure, accreditation, contracts, and laws.
• Lead and supervise staff; promote teamwork and professional development.
• Oversee admissions, clinical programming, and patient discharge processes.
