Cedar Crest Hospital is seeking a Director of Outpatient Services to lead and grow our PHP/IOP programs onsite in Belton, Texas. You will oversee daily operations, drive growth, and ensure high-quality patient care within the behavioral health continuum.

The role requires a licensed clinician with 4+ years in behavioral health and 2+ years in operational leadership, with strong preference for PHP/IOP experience. Relocation package and career development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s or Doctorate-level licensed clinician credential (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD).
• Minimum 4 years in behavioral healthcare with at least 2 years in operations and managerial roles.
• Experience with PHP and IOP levels of care strongly preferred; experience with acute psychiatric hospital and/or residential SUD providers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day PHP and IOP operations and clinical program, including occasional group facilitation.
• Achieve key business objectives including ADC, visits, revenue, EBITDA, patient retention, patient satisfaction, and clinical quality outcomes.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across the program.
• Lead as a clinical leader, advocate for outpatient care, and build internal and community partnerships.
• Support business development and outreach to increase direct admissions.
• Coordinate weekly group assignments and session topics to balance clinician workloads and tailor care to patient cohorts.
• Collaborate with leadership on growth initiatives, expansion planning, and program development.
