Citizens Behavioral Health seeks an Executive Director to lead our PHP and IOP services, guiding strategic direction, program development, and operational excellence. The role focuses on sustaining high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and community impact.

You will oversee financial performance, staffing, and collaborations with clinical leaders, ensuring ethical leadership and mission-driven growth in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a health, business, social work, counseling or public health field.
• Proven leadership experience in healthcare or behavioral health settings.
• Strong planning, budgeting, and program development capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for organizational operations and growth.
• Develop and implement strategic goals, initiatives, and long-term planning efforts.
• Ensure compliance, quality, and client-centered service delivery across programs.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation.
