Job summary

Pasadena Villa Outpatient – Lansing is seeking an Executive Director to lead the ongoing development and operations of an Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Programming (PHP) practice in Lansing, MI. You will supervise teams, coordinate daily operations, and provide clinical oversight to ensure high-quality, client-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience in a behavioral healthcare setting.
• LCSW or LMSW license to practice within the state of Michigan.
• Experience in treating mental health disorders and corporate managed healthcare environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with network support teams and the governing body to develop and implement clinical programs and operational objectives.
• Creates a culture focused on fulfilling operational objectives in alignment with the program’s mission, vision, and values.
• Ensures achievement of business objectives through day-to-day operational, financial, clinical, and regulatory oversight.
• Promotes professional growth and development of staff across all levels of the facility.
• Collaborates with clinical and operations leaders to ensure compliance with licensure, accreditation, contracts, state, and federal laws.
• Leads PI initiatives, monitors KPIs, and adjusts operations to meet organizational objectives.
