Job summary

Paycom seeks a Coordinator Outpatient Services to lead clinical coordination for adult outpatient clients and supervise staff. You will manage schedules, provide group counseling, and participate in case staffing and QA reviews.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, policy adherence, and collaboration with community referrals. You will train new staff, assist in program expansion, and prepare reports for directors while maintaining flexible evening hours as needed in a dynamic outpatient

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of substance use problems and addiction treatment.
• Knowledge of group and individual counseling techniques and recovery models.
• Familiarity with CARF, QA, Medicaid standards and related policies.
• Strong verbal and written communication; staff and client engagement.
• Ability to assess programs and propose improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services for adult outpatient clients; supervise staff within outpatient treatment.
• Serve as crisis contact, coordinate case staffing, and liaise with community referral sources.
• Schedule counselors to ensure coverage; provide direct counseling and case management.
• Lead staff training, participate in QA reviews, and support program expansion.
• Prepare reports and support agency committees as needed.
