Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of clerical office experience.
• Prefers medical scheduling experience.
• Prefers Medical Terminology.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service to schedule outpatient diagnostic exams and procedures across Williamson Medical Center locations.
• Communicate scheduling information and preps to physician offices and patients; document in scheduling systems.
• Maintain faxes using the Faxcert solution and ensure accurate patient data entry in the MPI and scheduling modules.
