Qualifications

• 1+ healthcare experience required.
• 1+ scheduling or patient access experience preferred.
• Experience in office support or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling requests for outpatient tests and book patient exams timely.
• Maintain scheduling system accuracy and avoid conflicts.
• Complete pre-registration for patient clinical and financial data over the phone.
