Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care Neenah Clinic is seeking an entry-level Professional Registered Nurse for the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP). You will assess, plan, intervene and evaluate care for an assigned group of patients undergoing dialysis, under supervision.

The role emphasizes education, collaboration with RNs, LVN/LPNs and technicians, and participation in quality improvement activities within a busy outpatient setting. CAP provides clinical growth from novice to expert.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Current state RN licensure.
CPR/BLS certification and ability to meet state practice requirements.
Entry-level RN with limited nephrology experience; dialysis knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

Assess, plan, intervene and evaluate care for assigned dialysis patients.
Document patient data pre-, during-, and post-hemodialysis; adjust care as needed.
Educate patients and families on care plans and treatment options.
Collaborate with RNs, LVN/LPNs, and technicians to deliver safe dialysis therapy.
Serve as a resource and participate in staff training and quality improvement.
