Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP 1 program in Little Falls, MN. You will provide and coordinate nursing care, assess patients during hemodialysis, and collaborate with the team to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Responsibilities include data collection, patient education, medication administration, and supporting clinical staff. RN licensure and CPR/BLS are required; nephrology experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state RN licensure.
• Current or successful CPR/BLS Certification.
• Entry level RN with less than 2 years nephrology nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.
• Perform ongoing data collection and documentation in the patient medical record.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and learning needs.
• Administer medications as prescribed or per approved algorithms.
• Direct and assist with hemodialysis therapy delivery and safety.
