Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an Entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP 1 track within the Clinical Advancement Program. The role focuses on coordinating and delivering high-quality hemodialysis care for assigned patients under supervision.

The RN will participate in education, care planning, and coordination with the healthcare team to improve patient outcomes in a dialysis facility setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• Current or successful completion of CPR/BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing duties under supervision with guidance from educators and supervisors.
• Collect and document patient data during dialysis and adjust care plan as needed.
• Educate patients and families about care plans.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document effectiveness.
• Lead or support junior staff as assigned.
