Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. seeks an Outpatient Business Office Trainer to design and deliver onboarding and ongoing education for staff. You will lead comprehensive training on revenue cycle concepts, payer requirements, and software workflows, serving as the SME for Meditech, TheraOffice, Quadax, and related tools.

Collaborate with leadership and quality teams to maintain compliant, efficient processes and to drive cash flow and denial prevention improvements across the outpatient office.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding of outpatient revenue cycle operations.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear training content.
• Experience with billing software and system workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to quality improvement and staff development.
• Adult learning principles and instructional design experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and deliver onboarding programs for new staff.
• Develop role-specific learning paths including classroom and hands-on training.
• Coordinate shadowing and establish competency checkpoints.
• Deliver ongoing education and refresher sessions.
• Maintain training records and monitor quality trends.
• Support rollout of new software and process improvements.
