Priority Dispatch Corp. seeks an Outpatient Business Office Trainer to design and deliver onboarding and ongoing education for staff. You will lead comprehensive training on revenue cycle concepts, payer requirements, and software workflows, serving as the SME for Meditech, TheraOffice, Quadax, and related tools.

Collaborate with leadership and quality teams to maintain compliant, efficient processes and to drive cash flow and denial prevention improvements across the outpatient office.

DescriptionThe Outpatient Business Office Trainer is responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering comprehensive training programs that ensure all Outpatient Business Office team members possess the knowledge, skills, and competencies necessary to perform their roles effectively. This position serves as the subject matter expert for revenue cycle education, onboarding, quality improvement, and ongoing staff development. The Trainer collaborates closely with leadership, supervisors, quality teams, credentialing, managed care, and operational stakeholders to maintain training programs that support organizational goals related to cash collections, denial prevention, compliance, customer service, and operational excellence. Responsibilities:Design, coordinate, and facilitate a structured onboarding program for all new Outpatient Business Office employees.Develop role-specific learning paths that include classroom instruction, system training, job shadowing, and hands-on practice.Coordinate structured shadowing experiences with experienced staff members.Establish competency checkpoints throughout the onboarding period to validate knowledge and readiness for independent work.Conduct regular progress reviews with new hires and supervisors during the onboarding period.Maintain onboarding schedules, competency documentation, and training records.Develop and deliver ongoing education programs for existing staff.Communicate updates related to:Insurance payer requirementsCARC/RARC updatesRegulatory and compliance requirementsOrganizational policies and proceduresTrain staff on workflow changes involving systems including:MeditechTheraOfficeQuadaxClearinghouse workflowsPayment posting processesCoordinate refresher training sessions based on quality trends and operational initiatives.Support implementation of new software, technology, and process improvements.Develop and maintain specialized training programs for complex outpatient billing workflows.
