Northwestern Medicine Catherine Gratz Griffin Lake Forest Hospital is seeking a part-time Rehab Tech/Admin Specialist for 24 hours per week at the Lake Forest Outpatient Clinic. The role is primarily in the afternoon/evening with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for advancement or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Follow infection control and safety policies.
• Safely operate and maintain rehabilitation equipment.
• Maintain equipment cleaning logs and perform monthly maintenance.
• Ensure documentation meets policy standards.
• Communicate with therapists and patients to support care plans.
• Schedule and manage patient visits across clinic locations.
• Handle patient payments, co-pays, and billing information.
• Assist with department inventory and administrative tasks.
