Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Minimum two years' experience in customer-facing roles in medical, service, or hospitality settings preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with exercises and transfers under therapist supervision.
• Communicate patients' status to therapist directing patient care.
• Clean and maintain treatment areas and equipment throughout the day.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to privacy policies.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and identify/report hazards.
• Operate basic office tech: phones, email, scheduling; use MS Office.
• Prepare new patient paperwork and verify medical record information.
• Pre-register walk-ins, and process referrals received by the clinic.
• Manage clinic appointment schedule, confirm or adjust appointments and wait lists.
• Provide general clerical support: filing, copying, and inventory.
• Collect patient payments and provide receipts; log referrals in the referral database.
• Perform light cleaning duties as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.
