Job summary

Ramey-Estep/Re-group in the United States is seeking a position responsible for receiving and processing outpatient referrals and intakes, acting as a liaison within the community. This role supports client safety and program integrity across multiple departments.

The incumbent will manage timely intake, maintain referral sources, track insurance, and draft communications. The position operates Monday–Friday with standard office hours and requires strong communication and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in community-based services preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing and performing timely intake processes on client referrals.
• Maintaining professional connections with referral sources.
• Provides assistance in tracking client referrals in a timely manner, considering regulations and policy guidelines.
• Drafting professional emails and letters regarding client case assignments.
• Maintaining a database to track referral sources.
• Tracking client insurance information and assessing what services will be covered.
• Assessing the needs of clients and families to determine if they will be eligible for the services that RE-group provides.
• Works closely with the Program Directors to assign the appropriate service providers.
• Communicate effectively with family and/or guardians of clients in a friendly, compassionate, and empathic way.
• Promotes a positive view of RE/Re-group to the public and outside agencies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
