Illinois Bone and Joint Institute (IBJI) is seeking a Physical Therapist for our outpatient rehabilitation program. You will work with physicians to optimize function and outcomes, providing exceptional patient care in a collaborative setting across northern Illinois.

We offer a strong base salary with therapist-friendly quarterly bonuses up to $11,500 annually, a sign-on bonus, profit sharing, and comprehensive benefits including 401k and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Licensed or eligible to sit for boards in the state of Illinois.
• New grads eligible to apply.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehabilitation with a collaborative care model.
• Interpret physician orders, evaluate and set treatment goals.
• Document status and track progress per guidelines.
