The Physical Therapy Institute is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for our private practice outpatient setting. This full-time, in-person role requires highly organized individuals to manage front desk tasks, scheduling, billing support, and EMR daily operations.

You will work Monday to Friday, 35–40 hours weekly, with benefits including health insurance and paid time off. Attention to detail and comfort with practice management software are essential to ensure smooth patient flow and accurate

Qualifications

• Attention to detail with mathematical/data processing accuracy.
• Proficiency with practice management software and Microsoft Word.

Responsibilities
