Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm appointments, evaluations, and follow‑up visits.

• Collect copays, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and route communication appropriately.
• Maintain organized patient records and ensure compliance with privacy standards.
• Support daily clinic operations, including managing patient flow and resolving scheduling conflicts.
• Prepare treatment areas and ensure equipment is clean, safe, and organized.
• Assist Physical Therapists with non‑clinical tasks such as setting up modalities, gathering equipment, and supporting patient transitions.
• Guide patients through basic exercises as directed by licensed clinicians.
• Monitor patient safety during sessions and communicate observations to the PT.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness, including treatment rooms, gym areas, and equipment.
• Restock supplies and support overall clinic readiness.
