Job summary
RRC Solutions Group is seeking a Board-Certified/Eligible Psychiatrist for an outpatient, full-time position in East Chicago, IN. The role includes conducting psychiatric evaluations, prescribing medications, and coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team in a tech-forward facility.

Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (ABPN) with plan to certify within a specified timeframe.
- Unrestricted Indiana medical license and CSR/DEA registration.
- Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
- Strong communication skills and EMR proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications and assess efficacy/side effects.
- Use psychotherapy alongside pharmacology for acute and chronic mental health conditions.
- Collaborate with primary care, social work, and nursing for integrated behavioral health care.
- Maintain accurate EHRs and participate in clinical quality reviews.
