Job summary

Qualifications
- Board certification or eligibility by the ABPN with plan to certification within a defined timeframe.
- Unrestricted Indiana medical license and CSR/DEA registration.
- Experience or aptitude with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications; evaluate efficacy and side effects.
- Use psychotherapeutic methods with pharmacologic treatments for mood and anxiety disorders.
- Collaborate with primary care, social work, and nursing teams for integrated behavioral health.
- Maintain accurate EMR records and participate in quality reviews.
