Job summary

Qualifications
- ABPN board certification or eligibility with plan to certify within timeframe
- Unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration or eligibility
- Experience with or aptitude for EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with EMR systems
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications; evaluate efficacy and side effects
- Utilize psychotherapy alongside pharmacological treatments for acute and chronic conditions
- Collaborate with primary care, social work, and nursing teams for integrated care
- Maintain accurate EMR records and participate in clinical quality reviews
