Responsibilities include comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and psychotherapy integrated with care teams. License, ABPN certification trajectory, and excellent EMR skills are required.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible by ABPN with a clear plan for certification.
• Active Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with EMR.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications, evaluating efficacy and side effects.
• Utilize psychotherapy with pharmacological treatments for acute and chronic conditions.
• Collaborate with primary care, social work, and nursing to provide integrated care.
• Maintain accurate EHR and participate in clinical quality reviews.
