Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (ABPN) with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications.
• Utilize psychotherapeutic methods with pharmacological treatments.
• Collaborate with primary care, social work, and nursing teams for integrated care.
• Maintain accurate EMR and participate in quality reviews.
