Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible by the ABPN with a plan for certification within a defined timeframe.
• Possession of or eligibility for Indiana medical license and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic interviews to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications, evaluating efficacy and side effects.
• Utilize psychotherapeutic methods with pharmacological treatment for various mental health conditions.
• Collaborate with primary care, social work, and nursing teams to provide integrated behavioral health support.
• Maintain accurate EMR and participate in quality reviews to enhance patient safety and care standards.
