Qualifications

Two years of health care experience, including at least one year in a lead or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

Manage 4–15 physicians and 15–40 team members.
Develop and oversee standards compliance for outpatient clinics within OHPG parameters.
Develop and manage annual operational and capital clinic budget with the Physician Lead and Senior Manager.
Maintain an effective revenue cycle and related systems to maximize revenue.
Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate clinic staff; build a well‑functioning team.
