The role emphasizes fiscal responsibility, resource planning, and guidance on IT solutions to streamline processes in an outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a healthcare, business or related field or 4 years of related work experience may substitute for the bachelor degree.
• Experience with healthcare operations, budgeting and staff leadership.
• Knowledge of EHR go-lives and IT process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee annual budgets up to $35 million across multiple clinics.
• Lead labor management and resource allocation to ensure patient access.
