The role requires leadership of 4-15 physicians and 15-40 team members, strong regulatory knowledge, and proven ability to improve efficiency and revenue cycle management in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a healthcare, business or related field.
• Two years of health care experience, including one year in a lead or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 4-15 physicians and 15-40 team members.
• Assist in development and oversight of standards compliance for outpatient clinics.
• Develop and manage annual operational and capital clinic budget.
• Maintain revenue cycle and systems to maximize revenue.
• Hire, train, supervise and develop practice staff.
• Ensure quality metrics and regulatory compliance.
