Job summary
Orlando Health Digestive Health Institute is seeking an Assistant Nurse Operations Manager to lead nursing operations, oversee staffing, and guide program development within the Digestive Health Institute. The role partners with the Senior Nursing Director to drive quality and cost-efficiency across ambulatory and clinical settings.

Qualifications
- Bachelor Science in Nursing is required.
- Two years of RN experience in acute care or ambulatory settings.
- Maintain current Florida RN license or valid eNLC multistate license.
- Maintain current BLS certification.
- May require ACLS, PALS, NALS, and/or TNCC based on patient population.
Responsibilities
- Assists in delivery and management of patient care per physician orders and policies.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory policies for assigned areas.
- Collaborate with manager and physicians to design and evaluate care delivery models.
- Promote evidence-based practice standards across ambulatory nursing care.
- Coordinate appropriate levels of clinical staffing to meet patient needs.
- Support change management and exceptional customer service.
- Monitor clinical indicators to meet strategic goals.
- Develop and mentor team members and participate in professional activities.
