Responsibilities

• Oversees day to day operation of an outpatient clinic or practice.
• Assigns and prioritizes workflow; trains and orients staff; provides back up for leadership.
• Acts as Supervisory/Manager backup and supports scheduling and billing systems.
• Backups clerical staff for routine administrative duties and patient appointments.
• Processes patient billing forms and scans documents to the medical record.
