Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of relevant sales experience or 1+ year with a clinical background (BSN, MLT, CLS, RT, etc.).
• Must reside in the territory and be able to travel up to 50% in the territory and other locations.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and grow relationships with APOC and distributor partners in the territory.
• Achieve sales targets through efficient sales cycles and territory management.
• Identify and develop KOLs to advocate for Point of Care solutions.
• Maintain existing accounts while closing new business in new and current accounts.
• Navigate complex sales environments with multiple stakeholders and dynamic decision making.
• Develop and execute sales strategies and mitigate potential risks.
• Complete administrative tasks such as training modules, expense reports, and sales forecasts.
• Travel up to 50% regionally with possible overnight travel.
• Perform territory analysis to determine Total Available Market and targeting.
