Talent Solutions Partners in Ithaca, NY is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to join a premier health organization. Provide evidence-based rehabilitation in an outpatient clinic, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support patients through their recovery.

Responsibilities include evaluations, individualized plans, hands-on treatments, patient education, and thorough documentation. Requires DPT or equivalent, NY state license, BLS within 90 days, and outpatient experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings
• Must hold or be eligible to obtain a NY Physical Therapist license
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift and move patients as needed

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Administer therapeutic treatments (exercises, manual therapy, modalities)
• Educate patients on exercises, posture, and injury prevention
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team for comprehensive care
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Document plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries
• Maintain a clean, safe clinic environment
