Essenti Talent is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist in Ithaca, NY for a full-time role in a premier outpatient setting. You will conduct evaluations, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapies to a diverse patient population.

Qualifications

• DPT or equivalent required.
• Currently licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in New York.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds independently and up to 150 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic interventions including exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and patient education.
• Educate patients on exercise programs, posture, and injury prevention for long-term recovery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to meet rehabilitation goals.
• Document treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries per policies.
• Provide high-quality, compassionate care and maintain infection-control standards.
