The role emphasizes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, ongoing patient education, and ongoing professional development. A DPT is required with state licensure eligibility and BLS within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree required.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic interventions (exercise, manual therapy, modalities).
• Educate patients on exercises, posture, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain documentation per policies and standards.
