Your Talent Team is seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist to join a supportive rehabilitation team in Cayuga, NY. In this outpatient clinic, you will deliver high‑quality care to a diverse patient population and contribute to their recovery and quality of life.

The role emphasizes hands‑on therapy, assessments, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. A DPT is required, with NY licensure or eligibility, and BLS within 90 days of hire.

Competenze

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current NY Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire.

Mansioni

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic interventions including exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and patient education.
• Educate patients on exercise programs, posture, and injury prevention to aid long‑term recovery.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive, patient‑centered care.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet rehabilitation goals.
• Document plans, progress, and discharge summaries per policy and standards.
