SteveRecruiter, LLC is seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist to join a dedicated rehabilitation team in Cayuga, NY. This full-time, day-shift role offers hands-on care with a diverse patient population in an established outpatient clinic, with opportunities for professional development and impactful patient outcomes.

You'll evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, apply modalities, educate patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery

Formación

• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings.
• Must hold or be eligible to obtain a valid Physical Therapist license in the state at the time of hire.
• DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy) or equivalent from an accredited program.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapies and educate patients on exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet rehabilitation goals.
• Document treatment plans and progress notes in accordance with policies.
