Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to join a supportive rehabilitation team in Cayuga, NY. You will perform initial evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapy in a busy outpatient clinic.

Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings.
• Must hold or be eligible for a valid Physical Therapist license in NY.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic treatments, including exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and education.
• Educate patients on exercise programs, posture correction, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team for comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to meet rehab goals.
• Document treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries per policies.
• Provide patient education to empower self-management of rehabilitation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, infection-controlled environment.
