Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program.
• Must hold or be eligible for a valid physical therapist license in the state at hire.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Outpatient PT experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapies including exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and education.
• Educate patients on exercises, posture, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team for patient-centered care.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet rehabilitation goals.
• Document plans and progress in patient records.
• Provide patient education to empower self-management.
• Maintain a clean, safe clinical environment and follow infection control guidelines.
