Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to join a supportive rehabilitation team in Cayuga, NY.

The position offers hands-on care, a broad mix of patient needs, and the opportunity to build relationships with patients in a dedicated outpatient clinic. You will conduct initial evaluations, design individualized treatment plans, apply modalities, educate patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifikationen

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
• Must hold or be eligible to obtain a valid Physical Therapist license in the state at time of hire.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Aufgaben

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic treatments including exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and patient education.
• Educate patients on exercise programs, posture correction, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to provide comprehensive care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Document treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Provide excellent patient education to empower self-management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment.
