Job summary

USA Staffing Network is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to join a supportive rehabilitation team in Cayuga, NY. This full-time role offers hands-on care, diverse patient needs, and opportunities for professional growth in a thriving Finger Lakes community.

You will perform initial evaluations, design tailored treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and quality of life.

Qualifications

• DPT or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
• Licensed or eligible for Physical Therapist license in NY at time of hire.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapies (exercises, manual therapy, modalities) and patient education.
• Educate patients on exercise programs, posture correction, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team to provide comprehensive care.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to meet rehab goals.
• Document treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries according to policies.
• Provide excellent patient education to empower self-management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinic environment including infection control.
