Sun Recruiting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist for a full-time role in Cayuga, NY. This outpatient clinic focuses on diverse patient needs, hands-on care, and collaborative therapy within a supportive team in the Finger Lakes region.

The position requires a DPT or equivalent, state licensure eligibility, and BLS within 90 days. It offers a day shift, competitive salary based on experience, and relocation assistance if needed.

Formación

• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred.
• Must communicate effectively with patients, families and team.
• Demonstrates strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapies (exercises, manual therapy, modalities) and educate patients.
• Educate patients on exercise programs, posture and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet rehabilitation goals.
• Document plans, progress notes and discharge summaries per policy.
• Provide patient education to empower self-management.
• Maintain clean, safe, infection-control compliant environment.
