Job summary

Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist to join an established rehabilitation team in Cayuga, NY.

The role focuses on hands-on care in a busy outpatient clinic and offers opportunities to improve patient outcomes in orthopedic and neuro musculoskeletal populations. You will perform evaluations, design individualized plans, and educate patients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred.
• Must hold or be eligible for a valid Physical Therapist license in NY at hire.
• DPT or equivalent from an accredited program required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapies including exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and patient education.
• Educate patients on exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team to provide comprehensive care.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Document plans and progress in accordance with policies.
