Job summary

ExcelliSearch, Inc. is seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our Cayuga, NY clinic in the Finger Lakes region.

You will deliver hands-on rehab in a collaborative outpatient setting, evaluating patients and creating individualized plans that foster recovery and functional improvement. The role requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy, NY licensure or eligibility, and BLS certification within 90 days.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Valid Physical Therapist license in NY or eligible at hire.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and patient education.
• Educate patients on exercise programs, posture, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet rehab goals.
• Document plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries per policy.
• Provide patient education to empower self-management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinic environment.
