Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist to join a supportive rehabilitation team in Cayuga, NY. This full-time, day-shift role emphasizes hands-on care in an outpatient clinic, serving a diverse patient population in a scenic Finger Lakes region.

The successful candidate will hold a DPT or equivalent, be eligible for NY licensure, and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork in delivering patient-centered care.

Formación

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required.
• Must hold or be eligible for a NY Physical Therapist license.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Outpatient PT experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapies including manual therapy, modalities, and therapeutic exercise.
• Educate patients on exercises, posture, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet rehabilitation goals.
• Document progress notes and discharge summaries per policy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and infection-controlled treatment area.
