Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Physical Therapy from an accredited university, required.
• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited university, preferred.
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Current AZ State Physical Therapy license and/or PT Compact license required.
• APTA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements an individualized treatment plan using evidence-based therapy techniques.
• Evaluates patients with a comprehensive plan of treatment with measurable goals.
• Maintains accurate documentation in the patient’s medical record and handles billing procedures.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team and communicates discharge needs to optimize outcomes.
• Supervises therapy assistants and staff, and mentors students or junior clinicians.
