Job summary

HonorHealth seeks a Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients with physical disabilities, developing and updating care plans in collaboration with patients and families. The position is PRN, Day Shift in an outpatient float pool supporting orthopedics, neurology, and pelvic floor specialties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Physical Therapy from an APTA-approved university; required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop/update plan of care with measurable goals.
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy to improve function and activities of daily living.
• Document thoroughly in patient records and communicate with the care team.
• Supervise therapy assistants and coordinate with interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in department meetings and process improvement initiatives.

Education
