Job summary

HonorHealth seeks a Physical Therapist to join the Network Float Pool. You will evaluate patients, administer evidence-based therapy, and develop plans of care in collaboration with patients and families. The role requires an AZ PT license and BLS certification, with preferred six months of float experience across campuses.

Responsibilities include documentation, billing, interdisciplinary collaboration, and contributing to quality care across HonorHealth centers in the Phoenix area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Physical Therapy from an accredited university approved by the APTA.
• Required Masters in or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited university approved by the APTA.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats patients with evidence-based physical therapy techniques.
• Develops and updates care plans with patient/family input.
• Maintains documentation and completes billing per policy.
• Coordinates with physicians, nurses, and other team members.
• Ensures compliance with DNV, Medicare, and licensing requirements.
• Participates in rounds and interdisciplinary care discussions.
