Job summary

HonorHealth in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Physical Therapist for the Network Float Pool. You will evaluate, administer and oversee evidence-based PT services to help patients restore function and improve daily living skills.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy, AZ state license and BLS certification; a Master’s or Doctorate is preferred. This PRN, day-shift position runs 8:00 am–5:00 pm with 12 shifts per quarter.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Physical Therapy from an accredited university approved by the APTA.
• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited university approved by the APTA (preferred).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Arizona State Board of Physical Therapy licensure current and in good standing; PT Compact license acceptable.
• APTA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements evidence-based PT services to restore function and mobility.
• Evaluates patients and develops collaborative care plans with patients/families.
• Documents evaluations, treatment plans and progress in patient records.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team and participates in rounds.
