Job summary

Vogrinc Search Group is seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist to join their rehabilitation team in Cayuga, NY. This full-time role focuses on hands-on care, patient education, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred.
• Must hold or be eligible for a valid Physical Therapist license in New York.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic treatments including exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and patient education.
• Educate patients on exercise programs, posture, and injury prevention to support long-term recovery.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to provide comprehensive care.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to meet rehabilitation goals.
• Document treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries per policy.
